Right on Martin! I’m a boomer as well but with a ‘Gen Alpha’ 12 y.o. son (my second litter) so I have a front row seat to the generation coming AFTER Gen Z. I believe that our generation has an obligation to understand the foibles of our recent past and to help our kids think out of the box and be the change agents we collectively need to survive relatively intact in the years ahead.
